This place is a joke! Do not move here! The staff is rude and completely incapable of doing anything without consulting the other staff members who are just as uninformed. The worst part is upon move out I spent 2 days scrubbing my apartment (which wasn't very dirty to begin with) from top to bottom and the management is trying to say that I owe almost $900 in move out costs! WHAT'! They are charging $300 just to paint the place! I only moved in 9 months ago. Does it really need to be painted again' Also, how the hell does it cost $300 to paint' They are charging $75 to clean the blinds! Seriously' $75 to dust, after I already did' This is an outrage. Do not move here unless you enjoy being screwed out of your deposit with ridiculous fees! This place was not worth the stupid amount I paid in rent. Just so you know, you can get a house for how much they charge in rent! I did when my lease was up at Columbia Trails. I am MUCH happier now.
