When you first come on the property you get the sense that they are interested in the safety of their tenants, until you find out that the gated community isn't in fact gated. The gates are broken in two sections of the apartments, allowing anyone to enter. One of the other features I also liked before I moved in was the 24 hour quiet policy. This seemed to go away as soon as I made my first complaint to the manager which wasn't the nicest person to me. I have made 3 complaints to the security and 2 to the manager about my neighbors dog and the loud neighbors above me. When the assistant manager showed me the apartment, she stated that they try to put the apartment back into like new condition; I have lived here 12 days and so far my dryer didn't work, the dishwasher had a broken piece, my drain to my shower wont drain, and the closet to the washer and dryer wouldn't close. Needless to say in this rant and rave that nothing they have promised has been followed through with. I just forked out 1300 dollars and now feel that I have been ripped off, so beware before you move in to these places.

Maintenance was always good to me when I lived there. I think his name was Jim. Just try to get in good with the guy or something, say hi as he passes by. (If he's still there). I too could not stand the yappin dogs. I dont think dogs belong in apartments anyways, AND their damn poop all over the grass. I just think living in apartments suck major which is why I moved out of there. For that price you can rent a house, duplex or townhome. There is no security because a majority of the young people leave the gates open or purposely tamper with the gate so that their friends can come in and out. Again, sorry you're going through this, I was frustrated there too (but mainly with the whole living in apartments experience for so long) and finally got out! good luck
