I lived there in 2003 and broke my lease to get out. I had to fight to get 1 bloody washer to do my laundry...Some tenants felt the need to wash everything in their apartment in one day and take all the w/d machines.

Was told by management that ONLY their dog was the only allowed pet. My sliding glass door didn't lock - no response. I offered to fix it myself and did.

Landlords in general suck, this place proves why.

Kids running around everywhere, yelling at you in spanish. I have immediate family members from Mexico, but you have your good and bad in every stereotype of people. They only rent to the bad. Being stared at when you check your mail. They will rent to anyone.

I had a neighbor who felt the need to 'watch' me. Management (white woman with long blonde curly hair) said I should be flattered.

Right...

Anyway, I drive by now and then for church and it hasn't changed. Ghetto!!!!

The manager told me she really liked me as a tenant when I gave notice to break my lease...If she REALLY liked me, she would ensure my living situation by doing her job.

Managers who act like the tenants don't revolve around them need to GET OUT of the apartment managing business.

If it WERE NOT for TENANTS you would have NO job.

I highly agree. My friends and I would be outside in early morning hours to have a smoke (the time when people are up and getting ready for work) and we were being quiet. The manager's husband came out with a giant flashlite, dressed only in his boxers and yelled at us that I would be evicted if I didn't shut my friends up.
