Terrible management

This apartment complex has terrible management. The management here treats residents unfairly and does not apply the rules and regulations of their lease equally. For example, some units have unauthorized room mates while others are not allowed to. They charge unfair fees and "extra charges" as they see fit and threaten to evict if not paid. If they do not like you then they will scold you and hang up on you if you call to report a problem or situation.

Thank goodness for sites like this, it give us renters some power to fight back and expose those terrible managers who treats their tenants unfairly. I fully agree with you, the rules and regulations should apply equally to all residents, not just to the one that they pick and choose from. Sadly most of them are on a power trip to begin with, and have nothing better to do with their time, other than making their tenants just as miserable as they're. You know how the old saying goes "Misery Loves Company" Please check out this site called CAT www.oregoncat.org
