If you want your peace and happiness you wont find it here that's for sure!
There is noise 24/7 and i was so tired to hear the white trash people educating their kids by cursing(i could hear them through the tissue walls) and yelling at them.I was embarrassed to bring friends and familly over because the garbage is overflowing,people put boogers on the walls ,they pee and vomit in the elevator besides all the hallways stink even if the apartments are new.Let's not even talk security , the so called safe locked access door it is always open and broken.When i first moved there i was in the bed while under my window there were cops running after guys with guns.Yeah this is another big issues you will encounter there drug users and drug trafficants.I made several complaints about the noise and other things but i was talking to myself because the managers do not care. As long as they are happy and you pay the rent they dont care if you are miserable.Before you sign a lease contract with Gresham Station i hope you know what you get yourself into.
