I live in Gresham Station Apartments in the 55 plus building. I have read the other comments and realize the comments come from renters in a different building. It is my opinion that if you treat your individual apartment and apartment building with respect and thoughtfulness - you will reap the benefits of apartment living. The building is controlled access with no major problems. The staff has always been pleasant and respectful. The residents, for the most part, are courteous to each other. There is a lovely community area with fireplace and comfortable furniture. We have a business area where we can use the computers. There are monthly functions and a general comradeship among most of the residents. I feel safe and content at these apartments. As far as the negative remarks, there are some people who would be hard pressed to be content under any living conditions. Nothing is perfect.
