I have lived here for over a year, and can't wait to get out of here! I'm only still here now because I'm locked into the lease.. I don't live in the 55 building, I live in the "family friendly" building or whatever they call it. People are treated differently, depending on what building they are in.

Management is nice enough, although if you have complaints/issues/problems - nothing will be done about it. Since I've moved in there, I've complained repeatedly about a number of things and nothing has been done.

- I don't want to be rude, but they allow low class trashy people to live here.
- People party, if you want peace & quiet... you're not going to find it.
- Broken glass/trash in the parking lot that never gets cleaned up.
- Lack of parking for people who live here.
- Sound proofing is horrible, if you don't want your children hearing XXX noises through walls... PLEASE move somewhere else. My son (8yrs old) sleeps in the living room on the sofa because I don't want him hearing our neighbors having LOUD sex at whatever hour of the day.
- People have no respect for their neighbors, I cannot even use my patio because the people above me smoke and leave their cigarette butts/ashes/trash to fall on my patio.
- Maintenance is rude
- I've had management enter my apartment without prior consent or notice.
- It was my understanding you couldn't have a dog, yet many people do have dogs and they do not clean up after them.. ie, watch for poo when you walk outside.

For the price of rent ($600) I'm paying now for a 1bed/1bath, I could pay just a little bit more and have a nice 2 or 3 bedroom without all the headaches that come with living in this place. If your considering moving here, PLEASE reconsider the idea and move somewhere else.
