I lived here and went through the worst experience ever ! 1st off the walls are paper thin. You could hear the neighbors phone ringing , tv , conversations , bathroom functions and the worst part is none of these people were very loud it only appeared so because the walls were SO thin which is a building issue. Any who after my countless noise complaints for stupid things such as whim chime being to loud , loud computer games ( we dont own a single computer game ! ),maintenance entering the apt. without a notice when I came around the corner they claimed they entered the wrong apt by accident.Claimed we were talking to loud which was a default of the poorly made building ..things had became out of hand in the office ,the manager was a compelete hypocrite she would write noise complants for all kinds of things but yet drink with kids that lived in the apartments , mind you she was 35ish . Truth be it what can you expect out of a low income apartment, sure they offer cheap rent but if you start making money then you are not aloud to live there . Therefore leaves you with very sketch and un-safe neighbors . NOT in the elder building that is. There are meth tweekers on every floor. I really feel everyone should be treated equally and to have a manager always writing all these complaints it would be nice to see that manager live up to a standered they would like reflected upon the complex, instead of being a hypocrite. " Be the change you want to see" . We moved finally into a apartment with better insulated walls lived the same as we did in the Gresham Station apartments and never ever not once had a noise compliant about anything !! I had never experienced theft of a car , or a break in. But because of all the tweeker's it really made it un-safe. A older lady with a cart full of collected junk would travel up and down the halls ways asking if you heard the people in your garbage cans. So if you have children you most Deff. don't want to raise them here.
