Nothing Has Changed But the Name!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
Since we have lived there, nothing has changed in over 5 years! The parking lot is still a mess. The management company spends more money on the enterance sign and landscaping! We lived next door to a cocaine addict and below a heavy metal band!
