A Nightmare!

The parking is a nightmare! Every night I would come home from work and there wouldn't be a place for to park. The noise is ridiculous! It is a party complex for all the college students and most are high on meth. There would be noise at all hours of the night. The office staff are really rude and we paid too much rent for such a rotten place.
