If you find another place for 20-50 dollars more a month, it will be well worth it. These apartment walls are the thinnest I've yet to experience. You can hear every single step your neighbor takes, plus every spot in the floor creaks, so I hope you like your celeing pinging all day and night. Mold was already hiding in hard to see areas which will spread if you dont find it, and I cant seem to get rid of it and it keeps coming back. Whatever "deal" they give you on rent, add another $170 a month for electricity due too the outdated wiring. My heater in the living room has been broken all winter and my bill was still 200 a month. I would only suggest living here if this is the only place that will accept you, and you dont mind sleeping with ear plugs. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

You are correct except you pay too much for what you get. We no longer live there and let me say my life is much less stressful. Now I live in peace and I enjoy coming home. This place was the worst place anyone could ask for. I have lived in Oregon only 2 years along with many other states and this apatrtment complex has to top them all for all around unprofessionalism.
