The management is very friendly corteous and prompt.

Very responsive to any tenant concerns.

Maintenance is great.

The grounds are clean and well maintained.

We received a generous gift certificate that we used to buy groceries, besides a good deal when we moved in.
This is a very nice community with plenty of privacy and safety.

Prices are very resonable, including garage and carpot.
absolutely a good value for the money.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY!
