Very plaesed with new management!

Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2004
We have been long term residents here at Heatherwood, and though there were some problems in the past we are so pleased with all of the changes made by the new staff.
They are so polite and courteous and always welcome us with a great attitude.
We now get our maintenace issues taken care of within 24 hours as only previousdly promised and not delivered.
Thank you management for taking care of those abandoned and unwanted cars.
Now we have a place to park for FREE!
It is nice to see someone there all the time and it is refreshing to have the phone answered and the office open during all work hours.
We like our new personalized newsletters with tips from staff who live on site.
Please don't stop.
I was dreading signing a new lease or moving next month but now I am ready to sign for a year.
Thank you to the kind staff and thank you for delivering my package when I unable to pick them up myself due to injury.
We look foward to living here and continuing to see positive changes.
