heatherwood had 31 days legally to return our security deposit when we moved out, 2 month later they have still not done so. the staff is rude, does not return phone calls, refuses to give out contact information to go above their heads, the manager doesnt even live in oregon, he lives in utah and will not allow residents to contact him. overland management, their prop management co. does not return phone calls. during our tenancy, staff did not follow up on phone calls, maintanence requests, lost our lease and our file, overcharged on our rent for several months without notifying me, and i was even invited to a sex party by on of the leasing agents who was a complete stranger to me. they have had at least 5 managers in the past year and a half and cannot keep a staff for more than a few months which causes major continuity problems. this place is a nightmare and you are better off living anywhere else if you value your money and service. please take this seriously. it is all true.
oh, and when we moved in they refused to let us see our apartment before we signed the lease (bad sign) and when we got into our place there was ratty carpet with human hair pushed against all of the walls. gross. then they tried to blame us for the carpet and lost our complaint about our move in inspection regarding the carpet.

Wow!! I knew the staff was bad, but even a sex party invitation is shocking!! I wonder which leasing agent it was?

And Watch out they say they will work with you before credit application and then give them credit application and they are on different attitude. screwed me and my wife 80 dollars after we told them our life story
