We have these new neighbors and they are loud day and night. We have had to call 911 twice now since, they are not only loud, but violent!!! I can deal with some loud music, but the violence is intolerable. The apartment manager is aware of the situation, but does not seem to take it seriously. Violent people don't belong in these apartments and it shouldn't be tolerated. The staff here is a nightmare!!! Please listen when I tell you that these apartments will only go down hill from here. The staff is constantly changing and most of the time they aren't even working, but instead they are socializing with eachother and visitors. The overall attitude from the staff here is that they don't care.

The staff is the best part of living here. They are kind and fair. Nieghbors are part of apartment living. Before calling 911, try knocking on your nieghbors door. You'll probably get a much better response than calling the police... :| DUH.

I support your opinion and am glad to hear Im not the only one. I too have experienced loud neighbors with little attention from management and yes, I spoke with my neighbors personally on several occasions. They respected me for about a day. Unfortunately, this is a part of apartment living...and my nerves get rattled about every 6 mo. cause I know someone new will be moving in and wonder, "Will they be respectfull people?" I am thankful now for Knighthawk and have called them once and they came out right away and I understand that every visit Knighthawk makes is reported. But who knows how long they will be kept on. You are right about the management as well.. every time I go in its someone new. The owners is a corporation residing in Utah. I know because I almost went to them regarding some previous neighbors, that Praise the Lord, finally moved just about the time that I decided I would have to move. I would say if you are quiet, peacefull people looking for a nice quiet environment...KEEP LOOKING! There's a lot of young people here...first timers on their own who dont understand about THIN WALLS. Maybe you & should get together and buy a house!! HA!
