well lets see, it was great when i moved in a year and a half ago, my rent went up $80 a month, someone got shot next door, there's a crack house below me, there's no parking unless you pay for it. It's loud 24/7 and management tries to charge me for things i don't do. Yeah....it's a "great place to live"

Oh yeah, got my car broken into and gas stolen out of my tank.
