I have lived here for 8 months now would not recommend this place.
Beyond my boyfriends car being broken into TWICE in the first 3 months of living here, the SCREAMING children night and day running around unsupervised, the mounds of dog poop unpicked up residents when I am told that there is "a 25.00 charge for poop not being picked up" HELLO!! I AM THE ONE WITH THE BAGGIE!!!! The biggest thing by far is when I wake up at midnight to find my bathroom is flooded.
Water is POURING,(not dripping)out of my ceiling from upstairs.
My carpet is wet in front of my closet, everything on my closet floor is wet, and the "emergency" pager # is aparently turned off as I page 6-7 times.
The guy finally calls me back only to flick ME attitude about this situation.
Meanwhile I am trying to find a place to sleep for the remainder of the night with my dog no less.
Yippie.
The RUDE guy finally calls back to apologize for being so damn rude and to say he didnt realize the problem was this big.
As if "THERE IS WATER COMMING OUT OF MY CEILING" doesnt say enough.
Well, they rip up my carpet infront of my bathroom (which is IN the bedroom, for those of you who dont live here) and stick a huge blower underneth it.
Tell me to pretty much hop over the blower to pee or shower for awhile, untill the carpet is dry.
HUH' Needless to say, management tells me "this is part of apartment living" when I ask for ANYTHING for my trouble.
Their "carpet people" dont have vaccums ( yes, you read that right), dont know how to put back on your closet doors that they rip off and put up against your bed, and do a crap job of putting the carpet back down.
But thats just part of "apartment living".
As their telling me that there is NO water damage in my ceiling.
YUP, no water damage.
Yeah, there was water POURING out of my ceiling and there is no water damage up there.
Now, my light in my bedroom wont stop flickering regardless of my changing it, there has been a part of ceiling sag in (poke hole and paint over it was the solution they had for that), and my carpet looks like I, myself, installed it.
All part of "apartment living" eh'

I hope you have documenation of all this mess, so if they try to charge you for the damage when you move out (if you have not already moved) you can get out of paying the charges:)
