Parking from hell!

I can't believe you have to pay for parking.

Rent is 550, why not just add the 15 into the rent so every tenant at least gets one freaking parking spot.

I asked about why tenants don't get one assigned spot and the response was, "Then there wouldn't be any guest parking." OK, I understand that, but shouldn't the tenant come first' And I once made an emergency maintenance call, and they never called me back.

I'm glad I could fix the problem myself.

The individual apartment is nice, but the staff and the way things are run are kinda screwy....stay here for long' I doubt it unless things change.
