We have lived here since 10/1999. When we moved in we had everything! Free cable, free covered parking space, well groomed landscape, rent $620 month for two bedroom. It was great! Now' Everything we did have is no more. We now pay for cable, we don't have a free covered parking space, the landscape needs cleanup, the rent is now $665, up $45. And we are going to move! The management is very nice and realize the place is going down the tubes. I blame the owner who lives in Salt Lake and must be a tightwad or else he would take pride in the property and it's upkeep. Oh, and to top it off, we are fighting the big mold problem!
