I don't understand why everyone is so angry!

I have lived here for over a year and I have never had any problems! Yes, parking is bad if you dont want to spend an extra 15.00 a month for a spot or for a garage.
However, I think its up to you to do it and if theres no more spots available to have then I can see you complaining.
I have never heard about anyones car getting broken into and I have accidently left my car unlocked and never had any problems! The lady that I dealt with, Angela is a complete sweatheart and I dont know why everyone seems to have problems.
Everytime I had a problem with anything in my apartment they were there within 24hrs.
I even went home for the summer and you are supposed to sign a new lease within a certain time but I wasnt down here and Angela had saved stuff for me to sign.
Also they are constantly making sure the grounds look nice, 2 weeks ago they were painting.
I don't know why everyone else is having a hard time unless they are creating it for themselves, but I would recommend this place to anyone!

I agree. I have been around these apartments sense 2005 and never had any issues with my car being broke in to or noise issues. I understand that some people do deal with neighbors being dis-respectful, but it is an apartment community and these things will happen. If your picky then get a HOME! All of you that are saying someone was killed DOES NOT KNOW THE STORY!!! I asked the office staff about the issue and the whole thing with the murder was that the guy that shot the resident WAS NOT A RANDOM GUY JUST GOING ON A SHOOTING RAGE. The resident got in some bad business and the guy found out where he lived, came, and shot him. This can happen anywhere, same with the car break ins. Gresham is a high place for theft and a car break in can happen anywhere. Half the time its because people leave valuables in their vehicle. Heatherwood is a good apartment community and every apartment is going to have its good and bad flaws.

You shouldn't have to pay for parking in the first place. I there is to much crime, I am one of the tenants that has had there car broken in to it, when it was completely cleaned out.
