never again.

rent is a little high.

You have to pay for parking.

If you don't you can't find ANY parking.

Managment is non-existant.

Mantinance is a joke.

Customer service is a joke.

I moved in right after they cleaned my apartment to find my tub was cracked.

Not a little crack, but one that i thought was a huge chunck of hair, but wasn't.

I told them, it took 2 days to get anyone in there and when they did the apartment staff told me it would only be a day or so til i could use my shower and that they techs would clean up any mess.

I had to let them get into my apt while I was away at work for them to do the work.

I come home to paper and paint all over my bathroom hallway and bathroom along with a note to not use my shower for 2 days.

I spent almost a week with out my shower.

I asked mantaince to look at my screen door.

It took them a week to check a door that was totally able to get at on the ground floor.

They only sent out the guy when I was in the office for the 3rd tie that week.

it is not worth the hassle.

there was a murder in those apartments.

they did a fire eqipment testing.

I woke up at 9:30am but a hurendious buzzing alarm.

thought the place was burning down.

go outside to see if i have to get my cats and run and there is a memo dated that day that they were testing the alarm system.

Why in the hell couldn't they give at least 2 days notice.

save yourself the headache and steer clear
