My two roommates and I have lived here for just 7 months, and already we've had three car break-ins! The people in the apartments around us are NOT courteous, as their children wake us up at 8am on Saturday mornings, and the smoke from their cigarettes drifts right into our apartment. Parking is HORRIBLE, you have to pay an extra $15 a month just to get a guaranteed parking spot (you don't get a free spot when you rent here), and if you get home after 10pm, it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find a spot, and you end up having to park on the street! Cars have been damaged and broken into several times on this street AND in the parking lot of the apartment buildings! When we went in to the management to ask what they were doing about security, they treated us like stupid children, and actually COMPETED with our story, saying "Well, I have a mortgage to pay, and my car got broken into!" There is also a MAJOR ant problem, as they keep coming in to spray for the little suckers and they NEVER STOP COMING!! I do not keep food out, and we do our dishes often. So WHY are they still around' There are miscommunications in the office as far as maintenence goes, once they said they were coming to paint our deck on a certain day so would we please remove all of our decorations, we WOULD have done it, except they came a day early and all of our stuff was tangled up in a pile! It took us a while to untangle it! All this in only 7 months!! I can't WAIT for our lease to be up, I WANT OUT!!!

Funny, i heard the "our car got broken into also and we live in a home" story from management as well when my car got broken into for the 2nd time that i park in my $15 a month parking spot. and then drove over my own glass for about 3 days before they cleaned it up.
