Clean up the trash and fix the gym

I think it -------- that the complex is trying to raise the rent, again, when they have closed the qym hours at night. Its open from 9 to 5, when everyone is at work, and closed on sundays, when people are home. One of the selling points was that the gym was open 24 hours, not that its not I want out, and dont feel that its fair that renters have to pay more. Also their is a broken light pole that has been laying on the ground surrounded with cation tape for about 4 months, and a broken garage... It looks trashy

It's mid June, and the lamp is still down! The garage door is still broken! It's ridiculous! How do we fix this???

I would close a gym to if i had residents who cause the fire department to come out and have residents/kids who break half of the equipment. Put yourself in that situation. At least they took a step forward to change the locks.
