The way that the management team handles problems is absurd.

My friends car was towed 3 times (leaving her to pay 300.00 each time) because her alarm went off.

The average time was 30.sec for that alarm.

And recently they were given a notice for no reason that is so stupid, if you are going to kick someone out at least gives them a reason.

Also they were never told that the tenant before them was murdered.

Wow talk about with holding information.

Now that they are moving (or trying to) they are making up all sorts of bull about how they never pay their rent on time.

And they have a dog.

Uh okay they watched a dog for one week.

But heather wood does not care it is their way or get out of their way.

I would not recommend living here at all unless you want:

To live in a dead guys apt
Have your car towed
Have your car broken into or stolen or damaged.

Enjoy the unsightly grounds and up keep,
Breath in mold.

Be charged for parking( talk about nickel and diming someone)

Sounds like a blast!!!!

Heatherwood parking sucks, not to mention there is a lot of mold. Which apartment did the murder take place in?
