When we moved into the apartments a few years ago, the management was exceptional. So much so in fact, that the maintanance problems we experienced seemed nearly hassel free. Over the course of a few years however, the quality of Holly Ridge RAPIDLY declined. By the time we moved out, we could easily see how haphazardly everything was constructed. The quality of the workmanship and materials used to build Holly Ridge were very poor.

Unfortunately, we were indeed surrounded by unsupervised children. These children were seemingly nice enough, but tended to be disrespectful and destructive to the property without facing any consequences from the management.

The grass is soggy year round and the pools are normally filthy. They have in the past heated the indoor pool however, and it seems to be a little cleaner. We were blessed to have had good neighbors which made our stay bareable. Above all of this, we just never felt safe there.
