Every Apartment community will have it's problems but I think that the staff and residents at Holly Ridge are great. The staff works hard to maintain a professional and up beat attitude. I think that they go out of there way to try to please even the hardest of residents. I have never had any problems with the staff. I think that we are lukcy to have such a caring community of people. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

You must be one of the assistant managers, or clueless. The above statement sounds like it is right out the Holly Ridge managers handbook! Don't believe a word of it.

yeah I agree with the previous response to your review. It does seem like you work there. Even my neighbors hate it here. They have mold parking issues just like me, which management does absolutely nothing about. It's really frustrating when your assigned parking spot is taken and they tell you to park in a different parking spot. Well, hours later, I go outside to find a sticker on my car saying I'm illegally parked!! And just so you know, that sticker does not come off easily. I have scratch marks all over my windshield now from trying to scrub it off. All in all, you need to get out and take a real good look around because management sucks!!

Sure sounds like management to me. It's actually kinda funny that they are so desperate. I will say that the staff works and strives hard to ignore you and your problems, and to inconvenience you in every possible way.
