I moved into a thrid floor unit last summer and with a great special!!! One month free of rent and $0.00 security deposit. I pay rent on-time, promply comply with the rules and when I have any Problems with the communities staff or tenants I kindly dispute the situation with the manager. I think some of these alegations from all of youare a bit much! I and my friends have never had parking problems because when they visit I call the tow company and they simply give my friend a temporary space whenever needed. I think if residents treated their staff and others the way they want to be treated they might get the help their lookinhg for. I also understand that not all tenants look like good tenants but the staff has to be fair and comply with fair housing laws. So moving here has nothing to do with Holly Ridge or the staff. Maybe it's the people in this world who's attitudes are narrow minded, dependent upon others and just like to complain because they don't always get their way!!!!

If you haven't moved out of there yet you will see. There is a reason you had 0.00 security deposit and free rent, because they will get it back from you when you move out with fees you owe because your apartment wasn't cleaned properly. And the parking is for residents, you aren't supposed to call the tow company to find spots for your friends.

I love that this person assumed and basically implied that we were all white trash because we are unhappy and displeased with our living situation. I have ALWAYS paid my rent on time, and I treat everyone I meet with the utmost respect. Our allegations = the truth. You may not want to believe it because you got a great deal, but when you finally have a problem happen to you, you'll get treated just like the rest of us, even if you claim to be a saint.

This person chooses to remain "Anonymous" in her posting because she is part of the Holly Ridge management team. Whenever there is a real negative posting on this site Holly Ridge management posts a "Great Place to Live" review, and tries to make everyone that is complaining sound like just a bunch of whiners. When my wife and daughter moved out at the end of October and they charged us for a cleaning bill, and when I disputed it made the comment that I had left a really bad review (which I did, but it was all true). So they watch these and make their own positive reviews to counter what the negative reviews state. Don't move here it is a slum, and yes they do the bait and switch, and $0.00 move in fees, but they catch you at then end.

Report these people to HUD and the State of Oregon Real Estate Board.They do behave dishonestly and I do believe that some day it will all catch up with this management co. I believe that you can't keep treating people like this without suffering negitive outcomes professionaly.Look on the public tax records and find out who owns this complex and start complaining about the way people are treated by the management co.

This definately sounds like one of the leasing agents trying to stick up for themselves. If they are so non-judgmental, they need to really take a look at the way they treat people. Yes, it is possible to be polite while still looking at people like they are dirt, but we all get the message anyway.
