I have lived at this apartment complex a little under a year. Let me say now that I have enjoyed living at this complex. I really like my layout, and think that the buildings are quality. However, you cannot have an apartment complex the size of Holly Ridge and only have 1.3 spaces per unit. There is NEVER any visitor parking. Any given night you can see a half dozen cars driving around the complex looking for a place to park. They "say" that you can get a pass. That is simply poor customer care. If you know 2 weeks in advance that someone is coming over, than you can get a pass. The entire parking suystem is rediculous. My fiance parked in MY spot. The Spot I pay for! She was there for 10 minutes unloading groceries, and the tow man came and tried to tow her car. I had to pay him $75 in order for him to drop her car.

A million units not enough parking = frustration.
