I cosigned for my daughter and they pulled a classic bait and switch on us showed us one apt then assigned her a lower unit full of mold. When we confronted them with the mistake they said we should have been more prudent about what we signed and offered to have me forcibly removed (she hadn't even moved in yet)Management is and was absolutely rude throughout her stay, not to mention several of her friends were towed even after following the requested procedure and again no backup from management even when the kids were right. SO NO DONT RENT FROM THIS PITHOLE AND I WISH THE MANAGERS WOULD DO THEIR JOB INSTEAD OF SPENDING ALL OF THEIR TIME WRITING PLEASANT REVIEWS OF THEMSELVES .

I lived there in the basement two different apartments 1997-2001 and there is black mold that grew all over the windows. I heard of many others who lived there and had mold growing on furniture. I lived there because I was stuck. Id never live there again. Parking is hell! I hope your lawsuit finally gets them to fix that mold issue! I cant believe its been 10 years and they still have the problems!!
