Hello, to everyone who has nothing more important to do! Can't believe you actually have the time to read what I am writting. I am in property management, I have been for several years and I do know I'm great at what I do. When someone buys a home they may not be a real estate agent but you as buyer, should learn about what your buying and the papers your signing. So when renting at an apartment community, what makes it different' I do know that the Managers at Holly Ridge do fully explain the rules and regulations. It's your responability to know them and understand them befor signing. They don't force you to sign anything and you should ask questions. Don't be in such a hurry to move-in. When a lease is broken there are always going to be fees due, because you broke the agreement. when tenants don't comply (pay rent on time, damage property or violate rules) there are repurcutions. It does take time to evict a tenant and the neighbors may think no action is being taken! If as a tentant, you did your homework and befor throwing around acusation, you would know that The Tenant Landloard Laws require Managers to follow the same procedures for every tenant. There is a process foloowed for an eviction. You see, tenant(s) don't fully do there homework... you would also no Oregon Fair Housing laws. So for all that are unhappy where they reside, take a look at your self and see what you can do. Don't just point fingers in a direction you know nothing about!!! You life is you issue not someonelses.

Well, heres the thing... there are not always going to be fees due. There are situations when a person can legally break the lease, I have done my homework. If you work in property management, why do you live in these cheap *ass apartments?
