Regarding the last comment on Holly Ridge Apartments....why dont you take your issues up with the manager (that you wont mention) and get this whole matter taken care of' Also, why dont you mention your name, dont you want them to fix the problems that you are having' Whenever I have had a issue or a problem with my apartment the maintenance staff is very nice and they take of it. I actually like the tow company.... It makes me know that I will have a space each night without having to circle around the parking lot looking for a space. Plus its extra security that patrols the parking lot. Whenever I have had a guest stay, I go into the office a (few days) before and get a pass for them, and I have NO problems. With the noise, you need to relize that you are in a apartment and not a home. With an apartment you have people below you above you and all around you. So of coarse there will be a little extra more noise then normally in a private home. The girls in the office are very friendly. It all has to do with the way that you approach them, if you are rude and talk with no respect then what do you expect'' I have seen a few residents get very upset and take it out on the girls in there. Have you ever worked in customer service before' You can get a lot more bees with honey then vineger....just from my experience you should try it! You should think before you make such a poor accusation.

With all do respect, I didn't mention the manager's name out of respect. I work in Customer Service every single day of the year. I know how to approach people with problems. It's part of my job, which is called management. The fact about noise is unavoidable. I know there will be noise. 2:00 in the morning is unreasonable. When the noise is constant, that's also unreasonable. Read your lease. You will see that such noise is restricted. I should think before I make an accusation? You should try understanding that many other people have had issues very similar to mine, and that it's not an accusation. It's facts. Next time, post your review on the APARTMENTS and not my review. You shouldn't attack my review just because you are one of the lucky ones that has had good experiences.
