I signed onto apartmentratings.com to fillout a complaint regarding the office staff. After reading everyones complaints I am starting to think that mine is not needed. But.... here we go. Not only have I received horrible costumer service from the staffonce but twice. The first time I walked in and waited 20 mintues they made eye contact with me and kept working. I basically gave myself a tour of the clubhouse. Beautiful area but Holly Ridge staff made it disgusting. Finally when they decided they could put their pens down the look they gave me made me feel like trash. I am from Beaverton and use to better costumer service and I know I make enough money and would increase demographics. The second was a phone call andn let me tell you... if I could have reached through the phone and strangled the person I would have and I was only trying to get information'''' Anyway one complaint would be more than enough too fire the staff and start all over again. They are snobby, unprofessional and need to go work at the mall... at least they could fit in their enviroment but a professional setting they do not deserve. Good luck to the corporate office, I would not live their if rent was only a $1 forever.
