Of course we can laugh because Hollyridge is a joke.

It's a joke how management writes responses here pretending to be good tenants. The only good reviews are from the management. It is so obvious that it is management writing those responses that it has to make you laugh just a little. Come on now.

The 24 hour "state of the art fitness center" is a joke with sub standard equipment and limited hours. The pools and hot tub are often out of service and when in service are used by resident moms and dads for cleansing the little one's diapers. How can you have kids in diapers in the pool and hot tub'

Trash cans are overflowing especially around the family units. It's a joke when the management adds to the newsletter "make sure and put your garbage in the can". The cans are overflowing with trash piled all around the cans so I am not sure how we accomplish that. When I ask my daughter to take out the trash, I get....Daddy, it's gross out there!(bless her heart). Many tenants leave their garbage and cat poop in the hallway until they are in the mood to take it out.

It's a joke that management has us pay our rent in an unmanned office so they don't have to see their dissatisfied tennants each month (can you imagine the group that writes on here venting when they are trying to rent an apartment to an unsuspecting tenant). Like most of the other reviews on here, I agree that the last thing the management wants to see is our faces. It's like they hate us for no apparent reason. REALLY!

The quality of tenants that Hollyridge attracts is a joke. Good tenants expect respect, and you won't find that here. Good management attracts good tenants which become good neighbors. Until there is responsive friendly management, there won't be good neighbors.

The amount of dog poop everywhere at Hollyridge is a joke. If you like dog poop, move to Hollyridge! The one review said that the person's dog was even grossed out from all the poop. Check the bottom of your shoes before entering your spacious apartment! Dog pee is killing the grass everywhere. If you complain about it the management blames it on the tenants that they rented to and they do nothing.

Customer Service at Hollyridge is a joke! Come on now, you have to laugh at this one. Think about it. You are paying them rent every month and they treat you with less respect then a prisoner of war would receive. Only in America. OK, where is the camera' Am I on Candid Camera' It must be a joke. The customer service here is at a level below entry level retail. I don't think that they are trying to suck as much as they do, they just don't know any better. They really beleive they are the management dream team. If they make extra money for pissing off good tenants and creating a very high turnover, they are the dream team and are doing a great job!

It's no joke what people write here. If you doubt the reviews here, ask anyone that you see that lives here what they think of the place. "5 star ammenities", like another reviewer wrote, with 0 stars for service. The person reviewing that said they were trying to contact the owners I hope is successful. I doubt they care, but it's worth a shot. Vote with your pocket book by getting out when you can, and not tollerating any rip offs as you leave.

This is nothing personal about the office staff. For whatever reason I beleive they have been led to think that this is the way you do business. It's all about the money with no focus on customer satisfaction or customer loyalty. It's sad. Maybe someday they will realize that customer service is what generates the money.

Lighten up and laugh a little. It's a joke at Hollyridge. The reality is that this website is a great place to vent, but things probably won't change anytime soon. If you are thinking of living here, think twice. If you already live here, try to at least get a good laugh out of it. Life is too short to let Hollyridge get you down.

4 months more and my lease is up and I will be so happy to stop laughing at Hollyridge and get the heck out of here for good.

I totally agree with the comments about the management. Most people I know who move out of here do so because they are sick of dealing with them, which sucks, because if the good tennants stay, this place will get much better. Since it is obvious that most of the positive reviews here are written by the "dream team," I hope they read the criticisim offered in posts like this one and take a good look in the mirror.
