This reminds me of ratemyteacher.com. The main motivation people have to post a review is because they have an ax to grind. I've lived here for a year and a half and I don't mind staying here until I can afford a condo. My neighbors are friendly and considerate (this is a shout out to the E-building), the grounds are kept up, and it's nice and quiet. Incidentally, I'm not management disguising myself as a tenant, but I'm not terribly worried if you think that. :) My quibble with management are that they raised my rent $20 and stopped paying for cable, which resulted in a net increase of about $55, without even offering a renewal bonus for a 12-month lease. Now that a second apartment complex has sprung up next door, they might want to consider making themselves a little more competitive.

Hello, I am the manager of the apartment complex that has "sprung up next door", and just wanted to let everyone (Holly Ridge residents and non-residents) know that we are offering great move in specials right now! We have friendly management and a very professional management company! So give us a call if you are unhappy with Holly Ridge or are looking for a new place! 503-661-3900 PS I am so sad to hear that the tenants have had such problems, it looks like a nice place, but I guess you can't judge a book by the outside!
