I have been a resident here for two years. The office staff and maintenance personnel have always been very professional and courteous.
The few minor problems I have experienced, squeaking dryer, faulty stove burner, and broken refrigerator shelf have been handled quickly and efficiently.
The office staff is top notch compared to other places I have lived and they are always willing and eager to assist.
I have recommend Holly Ridge to friends and family and would not hesitate to do so again.

Wow, when my dishwasher broke, they told me not to make a mess when I do dishes. When sewage flooded my room in the night, they told me it was my fault that the pipes froze and exploded. I called about 10 times over the period of three months to get my back porch un-flooded. They never returned my calls. Then told me that I was being unreasonable.
