I have never been moved to complain about a complex before, especially online. But this place is the WORST EVER. They sent the final bill to my OLD ADDRESS, one I obviously hadn't lived at for more than 2 years since I had lived THERE, so I got sent to collections because of the office ppl's stupidity. I gave them a forwarding address that they never used. They ruined the carpet moving a nasty refrigerator in that was caked with mud and grease then charged me 60$ to have it cleaned when that's the only spot that was dirty after 2 years. They suck. It's loud, ridiculously unprofessional.

I had the same thing happen to me!!!!!!! They turned me in under my maiden name (which was NO WHERE on my rental aggrements!!!) Thankfully the collections agency called me at work before it went on my credit report because they are used to the apartments being shady.

Thanks for the heads up I had a friend who recently moved out and they ended up suing her for replacement of the carpet after they had lived there for 2 years! My husband and I are getting ready to move and I know that they are going to try and stick us with something!
