If you can stand suckie matinice and a unorganized and slightly shady office staff then you can live here. The actual apartments are quite nice well built and spacious and most of all cheap for what is offered (not including the staff). I love the huge bar area/kitchen. Just don't expect great care once you actually move in. I've had a leaky faucet and a toilet that runs since I moved in and they still haven't been fixed and my lease is almost up.

I havent rented there yet, but i plan on to next month. How is the staff shady? is it only because your maint request wasnt followed up with? cause if that was the case, the staff should be imformed rather that u being upset with the staff. They probably get the request and forward it on to the maint dudes and trust that it is taken care of, and if its not... Let it be known! A closed mouth doesnt get fed =)~

Well, you probably have realized by now that it is the staff who does not follow up on issues. I was lied to as to my rights, by the manager, and when I proved otherwise, she almost started crying because she realized that I am not an idiot.
