I have lived here for about 8 months.

Contrary to another poster's opinion, the kids don't pee in the bushes, and they aren't any louder than any normal child playing outside.

The grounds aren't fabulous, but they're well kept.

Most importantly, management actually SCREENS their applicants; you don't get the sleazy neighbors that come with other, comparably-priced complexes.

No, they're not perfect. But for just over $600 a month, I've got a washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, fireplace, balcony and plenty of storage space for much less than I'd pay elsewhere. I have to pay water, but that's negligible - about $15-$18 per month.

There is an outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool, exercise room with equipment, raquetball courts, tennis courts and a sauna. You won't find a better deal - I know, I looked everywhere before I decided on Holly Ridge!

You should definitely check this place out - it's worth it!

If the management wasn't so horrible (especially to normal people who always paid the rent on time and were never loud or obnoxious) it'd be a much better place!

Well, I can tell you that I am not management. Do you think that all positive reviews are automatically management? The apartments in the back have only 2 levels - and the one bedrooms on the second floor have fireplaces. If you had ever lived at Holly Ridge, then you would know that. So maybe you're a bad tenant and you weren't allowed to get away with trashing your apartment, that doesn't mean that the complex is bad...I repeat, I love my apartment!

I dont know who they were paying, but for my 2 bedroom appt They wanted to charge $900 a month Parking garage. It is obvious this is yet again management trying to advertise for thier appartments. Why do they keep doing this?? Why do they have to send fake ratings?? Anwser: To hide the fact that they are not a good establishment to live at.

Ok well this is obviously management because we had friends that had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, the only ones that have fireplaces mind you, and they were paying well over $800 a month!! Come on management, quit trying to make yourself look better!! This is a poor establishment and I will never rent from this company again!

Yea I agree I just had a friends daughter move in there and I warned her it was hell; a few months later they split her car got stolen and druggies in the complex. its tweaker hell in there! Don't believe me?? I think you can look up the reports on this complex. pages of them! I laughed at the "they screen their tennants!!" hahahahah sure they do but they don't screen all the druggies living there without being on a lease! The best idea for this complex is a huge bull dozer!!
