I've been living here for a few months now, and while I've experienced occasional hickups, there is nothing I've been through so far that would make me want to move out. The place is fairly quiet (at least in my section) due mostly to neighbors who are generally quiet people. Once I got used to the traffic on Powell, I sleep really well.

Parking is an issue, and is the reason I go over to my girlfriend's place and not vice-versa. It seems to me that on the rare occasion that someone finds a vacant 'visitor' sport, they park a vehicle there and it remains unmoved forever.

The place is well-maintained and I see crews out nearly every day mowing and trimming. It always looks nice!

The pet deposit is damn near extortion ($1000 for two cats!), although at the moment there isn't pet rent, so that is a plus. So be very mindful about how much your pet(s) is/are worth to you before you live here!

Overall, it is a good place to live. Good access having a light on Powell, and I have few complaints. Despite what I've read in several reviews on this site, I've had courteous service with the people in the office and they even know me by name. I can tell that they are trying to improve their image.
