Ok the staff is great i love them but the company that the apartments go though and have a towing contract with suck. Ok so someone was parked in my covered spot so I parked in visitor to go get a phone and the number for the towing company then 15mins later really only 15 min I have a witness that was on her parch watching. I got out to get my car to and repark it in my own space because the car was removed from my parking space and then my car is gone hello i was parked in a visitor spot well there is a rule about that no one with a sticker in the car window can park in a visitor spot so where in the world do I park when someone is in my spot and I have to go and get the phone number from the phone book. When I called customer service the rude lady said that when a car is in your spot you must park behind that car blocking them in and sit in the road way waiting well my parking spot is right next the garages and the road way is kinda small and most of the time only one car can fit though so then you end up in the fire lane. SO wait I have to park my car blocking someone else in and blocking traffic and then on top of it all I am then parked in the fire lane. How is that right. And correct it is not. There is a lot of unlawful towing at these apartments. Also I have gotten a noise complaint for no reason I'm not home that offten and I recived one and I think becasue my tow young 18 year old girl neighbors where having a party like the tend to do every week night and week end and someone thought that it was me I was not even home when the noise was reported I was at work. I can't wait till our lease is up in june because we are out of here see ya as fast as we can.

She is right about the towing 100% elegal. The tow company goes thrwough almost every evening from 8:00PM to around 1:00 AM looking for any vehical they can tow. They charge $250.00 per tow, ok now think if they get 4 vehicals per night thats $ 1000.00 scam and great money. Lets all start a towing company. What a racket and I am sure good money for all envolved in this scam. I seen them tow a car last night to, with no call in from visitor parking. Do not rent here!!!!!!
