Ok where to start, well I hated the place and posted about it once before on here. the managers new it was me and asked me to remove my rude posting because they were getting calls from people asking if it was true. yes it was all very true. so here we go we the day we moved in the didnt want to help us because she said it was to dark outside, then we asked if we could get one of our bedrooms re painted because of the poor job the did, she said i can bring you the pait you can do it your self, she continued to be rude with us and stormed around the hole apartment turning on every applicance being a smart ass. we went to the tralior to unpack some stuff for the new place she told us that we were not allowed to do that as she could not be in our apartment alone we told her to then leave ans ehs said she would not. It came time for our first months rent, sunddenly it had vanished and the had said they never saw it. turned out they fired that girl and she took our rent check along with 30 other residents rent checks, and they were still holding us responsible when it was a money order. they would not renew our lease becuase of there error but i wouldnt live there again anyway.

let see what else, next to us there was a husky that was left out side for days no one was home no one took care of it no food no water, he was howling all ours of the day and night we told the apartments and the did nothing what so ever about it, people started yelling out there windows for the dog to shut up, we finaly brought the dog some food and water.

there was gum, candy,trash and toys all around the apartment complex and stairs not to forget the large amount of dog ----! they say to pick up after your dog or you will be fined 20.00, maybe if they ever had the dog stations filled with bags people would be more likly to pick up after there dog.

We also were not informed that you had to pay for water, and sewer untill we were already moved in. We were in apartment J174 wich is on the bottom floor right in the middle of the court yard, kids were always yelling, a few kids would constintaly scream at the top of there lungs for as long as they could. We were gone one day when we came home we had a broken window from a boy who through a ball to hard, we had another kid some tell us who did it. Holly ridge never fixed this for the last month that we lived there.

The lady above us had a number of kids that were always loud. the mother was never home and no matter what we did they were still loud. the apartments didnt care and never did anyting about it.

Office staff- they suck they are rude they all need to be fired, they have no customer service. They think they are better than you and you are scum on earth to them.

MOLD if you care about your kids family and pets, they have tons of mold. we complained about this and we found that they just painted over the mold it came back a few weeks later. the ceiling was also damaged from water from the people above us and they did nothing about this, the ceiling started finally falling in.


when we were given our notice to move out because of there mistake of our lost rent, we noticed that there were a large amount of other people moving out, we asked why. they kicked everyone out with dogs or a LARGE amount of people who owned dogs, our dog was never loud, mean, or distructive so they had nor reason to kick us out. they also had about 7 class action law suites against them for mold.

I was told that a lady who use to live there complained about the mold they did nothing for her just like they do nothing for everyone else, and she went to the new about it, They saw it on the news and she was kicked out a week later.

They refused to tell us why they were kicking us out, they had no reason to kick us out, we were good tendants and paid our rent on time everymonth

maybe they kicked us out because my boyfriend doesnt take ---- from anyone and everyime he went in there they would do nothing, so he would raise his voice and demand that ---- be done. We are not paying 800 plus a month to live in a ---- hole that offers ---- that doesnt even exist like the 24 hour fitness center that closes at 11, or how about the great gated community that had been advertised for years, and has never happed. they are alloed to get away with this because of the words "comming soon"

Parking, only one person can park in your assigned parking spot not the other person who lives with you, you have to pay for your covered parking spot when other apartments have free covered parking

DO NOT MOVE HERE, and it sounds like they have gotten work since we have lived there. Since we have moved out anyone who had heard of Holly Ridge tells me how horrible they are, we realized now after the fact and all we can do it try to let everyone else know what a horrible place this is. Hell on earth is right congradulation welcome to the worst apartments ever.

live here if you want to be treated like ----, taken as a joke, & mis-treated. alot of apartments on here say bad things like cars getting stolen..cars can get stolen anywhere, but these truly are the worst apartments and they need to be put out of business!!!

I have lived in Holly Ridge twice and I feel the same way! First time I lived there with my parents and we got a no cause eviction a few months later only to find out that the new assistant manager wanted the apt we had. She moved in only two weeks later. Few years later moved in again with my wife against my better judgment. After only three months we got a no cause evection notice to vacate. We also were accused of non payment of rent. We had always paid on time. Some how our rent vanished. Later after arguing with managment they say it was actually due to someone saying they saw me throw all the pool chairs and tables in the pool. I NEVER USED THE POOL. NOT EVEN ONCE! Mold was an issue. Our washing machine leaked and it took weeks to fix. THiS place sucks. Parking was a joke, noise was always a huge problem! and garbage was discusting. The garbage containers were always overflowing and trash in the stairwells. Dog droppings in all the grassy areas never being picked up. MANAGMENT WAS A JOKE!!!! If you read this prior to moving in.. Do not move here unless you like abuse or living in an overcrowed community filled with unsupervised children and trashed none running cars taking up space!!!

Thanks, I will file class action too. I have pictures of the mold. My ceiling also caved in above the toilet and above the shower/bathtub. Now that I have moved, my allergies are going away. Amazing isn't it? I was also called a liar and was threatened by the staff. They are lucky I have good anger-management skills, and know how to communicate. Hopefully we will see more of this on the news, people need to know the truth about these living conditions. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Let's stand up for our rights!
