Me and my family recently moved out of a high end property. We had alot of great amenities and all at our previous apartment but the office staff wasn't too nice.

I have read the comments posted below and I feel each person posting it had a personally problem with the management. Its quite simple.. when you follow the rules and go by the lease you will find that living at Holly Ridge can be quite awesome.

The office staff has changed since I have been here and I think thats cool. They have been here for longer than most staff memebers so I'm sure they are doing something right.

I personally want to let people know, Holly Ridge is honestly a great place to be. People who have had a bad experience here most likey were getting evicted or were just bad tenants wanting to retaliate.

A happy resident goes about their business while an upset tenant comes online to write bad comments about the palce just because they don't want to discuss their concerns with the office. If you think about it... half these comments are all anonymous, for all we know.. it could be the same people who wrote the comment the month before.

Its ridiculous people are getting mad over a freaken dollar. WOW! if it's that serious maybe you shouldn't be living at Holly Ridge.

All in all My kids and I love it here! There is an Indoor pool that is ALWAYS cleaned. The maintenance staff is great! They took care of my maintenance request within 20 mins after i summitted it. My kids love playing in the raquet ball court and our guest enjoy it here as well.

In all honesty I was a good tennat we were there for 2 years, things were great there when we moved in but when we moved out in July of last year things had went down hill and BAD we never had any problems with being the so called "bad tennats" that would only post because we were trying to retailiate. We never once had a complaint against us, we came and went and minded our own....I am hoping that things have changed for the better there becuase things were not the greatest when we left and we posted our review in hopes that things would change becuase we did let management know about our concerns and that is as far as it ever got. And yes we did post anonymusly because we were waiting to get our check back from our deposit which might I add took almost 2 months!!!

how good a management is? bargained with the tenants to removed the bad comments?? We r not bad tenant. Beside r u sure u wasn't from the management? Since the management asked us to remove the comments???? think!!!

I too was not a bad tenant and paid my rent on time every single month, my family and I were quiet and kept to ourselves. Our neighbors across the hall from us was great but the neighbor to the left of us and right about us were nightmares to deal with. I posted my comment a couple of years ago and it was not anonymous. Management was notified many times about all the issues we had and they never did A THING about them. The indoor pool and hot tub were always disgusting and the outdoor pool was always freezing cold in the summer, and the raquetball courts were filthy and vandalized almost everytime I would go to play in there. Almost every tenant who I had spoke with upon moving out after a VERY LONG HORRIBLE year said they had black mold issues that management refused to do anything about as well. Rent checks were always getting lost so I made sure to get a reciept everytime and even then they had the audacity to claim they never recieved payment from us. When we proved to them by showing them our reciept, they backed off completely and never accused us of non-payment again. That was a few years ago of course so who knows maybe Holly Ridge has changed and that's great but to automatically assume that we're all retaliating because we must be "bad tenants" or were getting "evicted" makes an ass out of you.

lol, I can't wait until you are involved with the parking, the contract with the towing company, the rude office staff, the problems with the apartments, the cheap car salesman attitude with their selling, the security deposit checks they've failed to give former tenants. The list goes on and on.

JANET LIED TO ME ABOUT THE LANDLORD TENANT LAWS, AND WHEN MY LAWYER CALLED HER, SHE STEPPED DOWN. THIS WOMAN, AND THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE, ARE ~CRAZY~ AND UNEDUCATED. THEY MAY LOOK LIKE A MILLION, BUT THEY ARE ONLY WORTH A MILLION BITS OF YOUR PATIENCE. THE MANAGEMENT POSTED THIS POSITIVE RESPONSE... a little birdy told me.
