My son has lived there for a year now and we just renewed the lease. The only major problem seems to be the parking - but visitors can call ahead of time to get a pass for the weekend or whatever. Once in a while a few problems with a drunk neighbor, but better than most places he has lived in Gresham. I have found the staff very helpful and the grounds always clean.
I would recommend without any problem.
