I love living here. I live on the 3rd story and the whole place is very well maintained and landscaped. The managers are really nice and helpful...idk why people said they were rude...they have been nothing but helpful to me. One thing though...Parking here is HORRIBLE!!! good luck having visitors over. but thats the only real downside. I never really hear my neighbors at all...all though the floors have some squeeky spots. The apartments are really well built. etc. I would for sure recommend them to someone.

you must have lived in a really nice one. Do they even have those there? every one we were in we could hear absolutely everything from everyone. Ours, our neighbors, friends who moved in, etc. LOUD LOUD LOUD

I was in the "N" building, and I could only hear the people above me, and not always. Other than that, I could only hear people out in the hallways by front doors, cause it echoed, or occasionally people in the parking lot. I have to say it was completely normal for apartments. If you don't want to hear your neighbors, ppl, get a house. And even then you're going to hear them occasionally. I found that out when I bought my first house 3 months ago. Still MUCH quieter.

I lived in the C building. I heard the people above us, below us, next to us, across from us, and one loudy adjacent to us. I also heard people walking in the halls on three levels. People in front of the building, people behind the building. People in the tennis courts, people in the pool, indoor and outdoor. I'm not just talking a murmur of a sound. I'm talking FULL ON CRYSTAL CLEAR CONVERSATIONS, ROMANTIC NIGHTS, TV, AND MUSIC. Because I grew up with my mom in property management, this was the 17th apartment I've lived in. BY FAR THE LOUDEST! Top level and sub level are prob much better. It's being in the middle floor that prob sucks the most. That's all that was left when we moved in, though! People, go for the nice vaulted ceilings and fireplaces on the top floor!
