I have lived here in the J building for over 2 years now. Any maintance problems have been taken care of right away. I have had only one issue and I walked up to the office and made it clear I wanted something taken care of. It was taken care of right then. I have never had any problems with the office personnel except everytime I go up there, they have a new team. I have to repeat everything. I maybe been up to the office six times since I have been here. Parking, I need a visitor spot, I move one of my cars over there until my guest arrives, and then I move my car back to my spot. visitor spots are usually quite full especially on the weekends. Neighbors, I seem to have good neighbors, I don't know most of them, but even their children are nice and quiet. I like living here. I don't have to mow the lawn and the maintance, lawn people are all very nice.
