Kempton Downs is a great place to live. Great location, great specials and a great staff! I used to work there about 10 months ago and I do not agree with any of the negative remarks. All I can say is that management does a wonderful job with making all of their residents happy. So I am guessing that any negative remarks are from those residents that were making other residents unhappy and management did something about it. So if you are looking for an apartment that you can call home, and a management team that not only listens, but takes care of the problems within the community, than rent here! If you want a property that is not taken care of and a community where the manager does not do anything and does not care if your happy or not, than this is not the place for you.

Disregard any messages from any other "employee" that has wrote a review. They were trying to act as if they were me. I wish that I could erase that review, but since I am not the one who did it, I can't. Only 1 review per person. Hey, at least they said I was the nice one :) Seriously, everyone there will treat you nice!!

Also there floor plans are huge!! Take a look for yourself, I am sure you will be happy.
