Very friendly & helpful staff.
If you think the staff is rude, you might want to consider follwing the rules. They work very hard to create a peaceful & more enjoyable atmosphere for those of us who like to have an above standard living environment. The property has improved greatly in the past few months & I enjoy living here. The girls in the office Erin, Kathy & Jessica go above & beyond the call of duty to make us happy. Maintenance is well trained & efficient. I am proud to call Kempton Downs my home.
