Mixed review actually, Misty the manager is very helpful and the maintenance crew gets stuff done quickly.

On the other hand, heating is enormous because of poor insulation and single paned windows.

Another negative is the fact that the large community is plagued with loud kids and car alarms.

Overall probably not worth the rent, but if you gotta be near Mt.Hood CC there is nothing more convenient.
