Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I lived on the 2nd of 3 floors and it was horrible. It sounded like King Kong was walking above me and basically made a pounding noise where ever they walked. Music and TV was too loud and that is very disrespectful. There was bugs all over the outside of the doors and on the walls and sometimes they would creep into my place. What a poor job by Kempton..it was nice when I moved in, but ended up being a bad experience. F's all around!!!!
