This place is horrible! I am paying over $700 a month to live in a place full of problems.
The noise level here is terrible and people party all the time.
Dogs.....don't get me started on them.
The most irresponsible owners in Oregon live in my apartments.
No one pics up thier dog ---- so be careful where you walk....even when the bags to pick it up are 10 feet away.
Dogs barking constantly all around the complex as well as people just letting thier dogs run around off leash and not even watching them so they attack mine and other dogs.
The management doesnt care at all about your problems and when you report something, they give you the "oh we will check it out" lie and never do anything.
The parking lots are so crowded and people drive so fast through them that I almost got hit multiple times.
I REFUSE to live here past my lease.
They have a sign that hangs out front that says affordable luxery living....more like ghetto living!
Oh yeah, did I mention the one rain storm we had, there was water dripping into my apartment from the light fixtures in the ceiling'
